Thomas has 13 years’ experience within the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor, with 10 years’ of that working for top tier construction companies on major projects in infrastructure and building works, proficient in claims, commercial management, procurement and contract administration. He also has 3 years’ of experience in expert quantum analysis across an array of different sectors and regions, including Asia. Thomas has worked on significant and high profile contracts for government bodies and private investors. Working for main contractors, he has gained practical experience in contract claims. Thomas is familiar with an array of commercial pressures and has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage and reduce costs whilst maximising revenue.During his 13 years’ Thomas has accumulated a wealth of experience with various types of contractual appointments and cost management systems on Major Projects. With his experience and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike, it has provided him with a solid skill set within contractual, legal and cost management areas.
