Seasoned business and legal executive with decades of experience as a corporate officer and general counsel, a practicing construction and public contract attorney, a construction management executive, a "Big 4" global business advisor, a federal court judicial clerk, an elected public office holder (current), a degreed civil engineer, and an arbitrator of contract disputes.
