My job is to assist home owners whether they are just your average homeowner or investors that own multiple properties and or even portfolios of over 50 properties and manage each property from maintaining them, overseeing renovations, hiring vendors, and collecting rent and making sure tenants are abiding by the rules of their contract, and of course paying their rent. It also involves placing / putting Properties up for rent when they becomes vacant, renewing leases, terminating leases and making recomendations to the owners based on my professional experience and doing this efficiently and to the best of my ability making it easier for them to live their life and not worry about some of the stress is that come with property management. My goal is too expand my network across the Tampa Bay area and build my investor portfolios and possibly get into managing large high unit condominiums and apartment buildings.
