As the Unit Leader for Energy & Environmental Operations my primarily responsibilities will be to support the continuous improvement and application of Dow work processes. I will also be leading and supporting improvements in the units corrective and preventative action (CAPA) program.

- Lead project implementations- As part of the US Gulf-Coast, Canada and Greater North America Technical Expertise & Support organization; identify and close productivity gaps by driving work process improvements within the Daily Maintenance Productivity space- Support Continuous Improvement while working with Techincal Solution Teams that are focused on critical areas of the daily maintenance process; Scheduling, Planning, Wrench Time, and Global Maintenance Productivity Metrics.

- Work within the Maintenance Technology Center to drive work process improvements and analytics for global implementation and consistency within the Daily Maintenance Productivity space as part of the Technical Expertise & Support organization at Dow Chemical - Support Continuous Improvement globally while working with Techincal Solution Teams that are focused on critical areas of the daily maintenance process; Scheduling, Planning, Wrench Time, and Global Maintenance Productivity Metrics.- Lead maintenance and engineering assessments including Tableau based data analytics and storytelling

Lead the QC teams responsible for Body and Paint quality. This consisted of Engineering, Paint Laboratory, In-line Inspection groups, and Metrology Lab. From day to day operations, body and paint supplier quality improvement, and project management of new model launch activities.

Lead a team of Improvement engineers to root cause and resolve internal and external customer quality concerns while simultaneously seeking long term improvements and cost reductions. Improvement focus is on complex investigations relating to final vehicle assembly quality as well as NVH, BSR, and Fit & Finish.

Primary responsibility is for body moving part system fits and quality. Additionaly work on body structure QC issues and the many daily activites that accompany an automotive assembly plant from Body shop to General Assembly.Conduct root cause investigations for resolving internal and external customer issues as it relates to body fits and over all quality. Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities. Incoming supplier part quality management through various Industrial Engineering techniques and concepts.
