This study was designed to extract Best Practices from the experiences of the selected allied nations.Designed and built a universal service Antiterrorism Force Protection (AT/FP) Installation Planning Template, this systemized and institutionalized AT/FP planning for commanders in the field. The template combined a unique planning approach with the standard military five-paragraph OPORD format and included specialized antiterrorist “tools” for assessment and defensive operations.Developed the DOD Antiterrorism Mission Area Analysis for the Joint Chiefs of Staff.Constructed antiterrorism Analytic Hierarchy analysis to identify deficiencies and shortfalls in the DOD AT mission.
