Triad Automation Group, Inc. was formed in September of 2000 by Jon Freeman and Joe Collins as an Industrial Automation company. At that time Triad Automation Group supported the textile industry with machined parts, components and technical support for Finishing and Packaging equipment. Approximately one year after inception Triad Automation Group purchased the assets of West-Tech, a local contract manufacturer. West-Tech was an established contract manufacturer of custom cables, wire harnesses, panel builds and electro-mechanical assemblies.With the addition of a Marketing Director and an inside marketing support team, Triad Automation Group, Inc. rebranded in 2014 as Trimantec; a TRIad MANufacturing TEChnologies company. Production ManagerTmc Automation A Division Of Speizman Industries, Inc. 1993 - 2000Reynolda Road And Patterson Avenue, Winston-Salem, N.C.- Sara Lee made a decision to close the R&D Department and outsource projects and parts. - Relocated by Sara Lee to TMC Automation to assist in a project issued to TMC by Sara Lee.- During the project I was offered a position at TMC Automation.- TMC Automation designed a line of Finishing/Packaging equipment for the textile industry.- TMC was purchased by Speizman Industries for the rights to build and sell the equipment.- Textile industry became soft and most companies moved operations offshore or imported products.- Speizman Industries made the decision to shutdown operations at TMC Automation.- While at Speizman Industries, duties included managing a $500K-1M rolling monthly machine inventory. Management of 25-30 assembly technicians. Overseeing the production and assembly of custom packaging equipment to ensure monthly shipments to customers. Responsible for logistics and procurement to ensure manufacturing efficiencies.
