My background and experiences serving in the United States Air Force as a Non-Commissioned Officer allows me to make significant contributions to a diverse team solving complex tasks in an efficient manner. After serving I continued my education at University of Maryland Global Campus pursuing a Business Management degree with a focus on Strategic Management. Taking classes in Human Resources, Business Law and Management helped further my ability to coordinate diverse teams across multiple departments. While working as the Head of Operations at Atlantic Hardware Supply I coordinated daily transfers between store branches as well as Fourteen delivery vehicles covering the entirety of Washington D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia. Currently as the Vice-President I oversee a team of Thirty people between two locations ensuring our day-to-day operations are achieved. Including but not limited to billing detail reports, purchase orders, inventory control issues and monthly sales figures. I am a motivated problem solver skilled at adapting to new surroundings while remaining observant, physically capable, and mentally alert under pressure. Skilled in verbal/written Problem Solving, Business Process Improvement, organization, and adaptability.
