To provide post-disaster response and support to the State of Tennessee, local communities and Tribal territories and/or communities. Additionally, to support recovery efforts at a federal level through supervision, resource allocation and interagency coordination.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of G4S Healthcare Division, assigned to assist in the development, implementation and management of the Healthcare Division for the organization. Responsible for management and oversight of an operational team consisting of thirteen direct reports and approximately $180MM in annual revenue for the healthcare vertical. Responsible for the strategic development of customer solutions for the healthcare division, financial oversight and profitability, business development with healthcare partners to include manpower and technology, compliance management, inter-departmental coordination with support services and senior leadership interactions. Assigned to assist with Joint Commission compliance, specialty services such as Active Shooter and K9 services and risk assessments. Participated as an active team member in the growth of the healthcare division by approximately $80MM from 2017 to 2018.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President (EVP) for Strategic Accounts and the Executive Vice President for Business Development and Client Relations, assigned to manage the largest healthcare partner for the organization totaling approximately $40MM annually. Responsibilities include client relationships with the Chief Security Officer and staff, financial performance of the account, regulatory and internal compliance, maintaining structure and relationships with healthcare facilities’ C-suites across 10 states and ensuring service delivery for the business portfolio. Also responsible to assist in the growth of the organizational healthcare portfolio to include developing structure and strategy with the EVP, actively participating in business development opportunities, coordinating with other business units to support growth and alignment and identifying key personnel for core positions within the vertical. Experienced 40% account growth over 2 ½ years for the assigned healthcare partner and 35% growth over 2 ½ years for the healthcare vertical in its entirety.

Responsible for overall assistance and oversight of regional operations for the Southeast Region. Responsible to provide assistance to field offices at the direction of the Regional Vice President (RVP) in areas to include operations, transitions, project management, training, financial performance reviews. Required to develop and implement strategies to assist the region in achieving financial and operational objectives in conjunction with acting as a liaison between regional field offices, the RVP and corporate personnel.

Responsible for overall operation and staffing of security officers to assigned customer accounts throughout the middle/east Tennessee region. Responsible for the allocation of approximately 6,700 hours of payroll per week, required to monitor and benchmark officer and field supervisor performance on a quarterly basis, required to interact monthly with existing client base to ensure compliance and responsible to analyze and manage expense and revenue data for the region to ensure minimal overtime and report results to senior management. Also required to coordinate with training personnel to ensure compliance regarding officer training and licensing and assigned to assist human resources department regarding ongoing personnel issues involving assigned officers. All assigned duties require the ability to utilize current Microsoft Office and email systems and to be highly proficient in current technology.

Operations Supervisor for the Knoxville, TN and Tri-Cities area managing approximately 100 security officers and an office with average annual revenues of approximately $6 million. Responsible for payroll, scheduling, hiring, training, customer management and contract compliance.

Responsible for the oversight and management of offenders assigned to the Alternative to Incarceration Bureau to include monitoring attendance and progress, assignment and supervision of particular tasks, coordinating with local courts and probation officers regarding offender status and progress and assisting with the compilation of program information and statistics to ensure state regulatory compliance.

Responsible to provide mobile patrol and calls for service response within the county of Sumner County, Tennessee. Also responsible to assist in vehicle crash investigation involving serious injury or death throughout the county of Sumner County, Tennessee. Involved in numerous investigations regarding residential burglaries and theft investigation. Assigned to multi-jurisdictional S.W.A.T. team
