Oversee Research Division operations, projects, and staff. Provide economic and demographic data and reports for the Agency and other City Departments by request. Analyze economic, real estate, and demographic trends for the City of Boston. Provide data and analytic support. Lead development of key Research Division tools: demographic projection models, census tract aggregation tool for neighborhood level demographic analysis, benefit-cost tool for energy efficiency programs, overhauled pipeline database for integration with salesforce, and implemented project management processes. Key Projects: Prepared the economic and demographic section of the General Obligation Bond report that is provided to credit rating agencies annually. Prepared data for Boston’s participation as a foundation city in the World Council for City Data (WCCD). Contributor to Boston’s annual Economy Report focusing on economic trends, the real estate market, short-term forecasts, and the annual spotlight.
