I am a lawyer, cyber security analyst, and policy advisor. My expertise spans cyber security, ICT, privacy, international law, space, critical tech, human rights, Defence, national security, and public & strategic policy. I have worked extensively across the public and private sectors on digital transformation and technology governance.
