And in the most, it's very enjoyable.Today, I work as a CX Solution Engineer @ Oracle. What does this mean? I look to understand customer needs and map them to the applications and technology we have available. Often the mapping spans multiple pillars, so I have an appreciation of the end-to-end flow and the hand offs.From a business process perspective I cover mostly customer/employee experience, and some commerce and finance. My application focus is on Intelligent Advisor, Service, Knowledge, Digital Assistant, integrations, and associated solutions.
