Recruiting for Cyber Security positions across Wales and the wider UK

Worked on the sales team, specifically new vehicles. Day to day I was expected to qualify customers needs, recommend specific products, demonstrate vehicles, provide quotations and financial advice and order vehicles to very detailed specification. On top of this, the key focus of the job was customer satisfaction and communication, ensuring customers were kept up to date of often periods of up to 9 months.

Working on the Information Technology Department, specializing in laptop and tablet sales. I was specifically the Apple coordinator, having regular meetings with apple, looking at sales trends and ways to boost areas in which sales were down. This role also involved keeping other members of the sales team up to date, and supporting them with training and arranging product knowledge courses. I supported Audio and Television sales from time to time. My role required a large amount of product knowledge and customer interaction, but also involved merchandising, house keeping and training.
