As Product Owner, I play a key role in driving the success of the MyCareManager product, ensuring the team delivers quality software product that is successfully reflective of the market need. I coordinated and worked alongside a team of talented developers and QA staff, leading to the successful launch of a new and industry leading home telehealth platform, and the first product to launch under Telstra Health. I continue to be responsible for the ongoing improvement of the Telstra Health My Care Manager product, ensuring the integrity of the product, development direction and market place requirements as directed through management and market research results. Responsibility for the organisation and execution of each Sprint ensures I am able to focus and motivate the team, problem-solve potential issues and continue to ensure the vision of the product is maintained and deliverables are met as required.

I worked as a Consultant within the team responsible for the implementation and customisations of HealthConnex’s Client Management System (TCM). I was the lead consultant on a number of major projects for large NFP Organisations and Government Services.

Working as the Project Lead within the Business Support Unit, I managed the implementation project of a number of key business drivers. The team I worked within held the responsibility for rolling out system improvements to the Organisation across two states, facilitated the scoping and documentation of business requirements for new Reports, Switchboards and Interfaces for the CMS and developed materials and delivered training training across the Organisation.

As Project Team Lead, I facilitated the development of standardised operating procedures as required and facilitated their implementation across the BaptistCare (previously Baptist Community Services NSW & ACT), including the development of a timesheet processing system which manipulated data from the Client Management System outputting a file compatible with the Payroll system. As part of this Project, I assisted in the provision of on-going support and on-site training to internal staff throughout the 50+ sites in NSW and ACT.
