I also worked with our distribution team on a daily basis to maintain continuity of supply.I graduated with my MBA in 2011 through the University of Iowa’s International Masters and Leadership Development Program in Asolo, Italy. During the program I was able to earn my Six Sigma Black Belt Certification as well as training in Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making. Prior to my master’s degree I enjoyed being a leader in the Lean Committee at Saddle Creek Corporation where I was able to improve daily operations in document control, damage reduction and create Standard Operating Procedures for all personnel. I was also a warehouse supervisor where I handled all inbound and outbound logistics with a 30-person team throughout daily operations, exceeding all KPI expectations.
