Prior to IPC, I was Global Supply Chain Manager at Brinker International. My main focus was handling procurement and logistics for Brinker Canada and aligning our global restaurants with domestic. I have assisted our Franchise partners in Latin America (Colombia, Costa Rica, Honuras, Dominican Republic, El Salvador) and our military restaurants (Japan, Taiwan, Germany, South Korea). I set up our Franchise's Supply Chain in Alaska and continue to support.Before moving to Global Supply Chain, I worked as a Category Manager and Associate Category Manager in the Supply Chain Department, purchasing frozen and grocery items for domestic Chili's and Maggiano's. I worked closely with culinary and QA to ensure our restaurants are getting quality product. I also worked with our distribution team on a daily basis to maintain continuity of supply.I graduated with my MBA in 2011 through the University of Iowa’s International Masters and Leadership Development Program in Asolo, Italy. During the program I was able to earn my Six Sigma Black Belt Certification as well as training in Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making. Prior to my master’s degree I enjoyed being a leader in the Lean Committee at Saddle Creek Corporation where I was able to improve daily operations in document control, damage reduction and create Standard Operating Procedures for all personnel. I was also a warehouse supervisor where I handled all inbound and outbound logistics with a 30-person team throughout daily operations, exceeding all KPI expectations.
