As the Security Managerat Thalia Hall, I oversee the operations and performance of retail security services for multiple clients across the region. I manage the recruitment, training, and deployment of security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. I also develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. I have over 10 years of experience in the security industry, having previously worked as a Field Supervisor at Silverstar Protection Group, where I coordinated and supervised security projects for various events and venues. I have a degree from Millikin University, and I possess skills in retail, director level, and managed security services. In addition to my security career, I am also the CEO and creator of Rising Eagle Comics, a new comic book company that I founded in 2016. I write and produce original stories and characters, aiming to inspire and entertain diverse audiences. I am passionate about comics, creativity, and entrepreneurship, and I strive to balance my professional and personal interests.
