I practice exclusively in the areas of labor and employment law, and represent employers before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, the Minnesota Department of Labor, and other state and municipal agencies. I have defended employers against claims of race, sex, age, and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, Whistleblower Act violations, breach of contract and non-compete agreements, as well as other employment related tort claims. I also represent and advise employers in unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, including unfair labor practice and representational hearings.
