I have spent my entire professional career with the Mass. Bay Brewing Company in Boston. Learning the ropes as a street rep provided a strong understanding of retailer and distributor needs, while executing promotions and tastings allowed for regular customer insights.For almost 20 years, I led our National Accounts department, working directly with most major East Coast retailers, while building & developing a team of National Accounts Managers. We focused on developing strong relationships with key retailer and distributors, while leveraging fact-based selling to ensure we make smart recommendations. As VP of National Accounts, I prioritized coaching, leading, problem-solving, providing data insights and generally supporting and motivating my team, who managed the day-to-day call point responsibilities.Over the past 8 years, as VP of Business Development, I've driven our efforts to diversify our company for long-term growth, as the Craft segment continues to evolve. My expertise includes strategic partnerships, contract brewing, performance metrics analysis, evaluating M&A opportunities, integrating organizations into MBBC, new market expansion, annual forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy and distributor contract negotiationI am an even-keeled, analytical thinker, who always strives seeks continuous improvement in our organzation.
