Jon B. Silverman, BS, PharmD is currently a Director of Pharmacy for the 340B Drug Pricing Program and Investigational Drug Services at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. He implemented one of the first Medication Safety Officer positions, a Bariatric Surgery Pharmacy Consultation Service within ambulatory and a research pharmacy web-based software system that won an award from MSHP. In addition to the above areas, he also has direct experience with non-sterile compounding, sterile compounding and controlled substances. He is also an ACPE Administrator accrediting pharmacy education programs for continuing education credit for over 20 years.
