Led the initial launch of Consilio's unified enterprise technology solution strategy. My primary focus was developing the specific leaders to drive a coordinated approach for enterprise systems for systems including the ERP System (Great Plains / Netsuite), CRM (SalesForce), HRIS (Ultipro/UKG), and a number of other systems as well. Key achievements include rolling out Agile best practices for the in-house development team, building a support/response/dev-ops group, helping to normalize the business analysis group, and overseeing the launch of a data governance and integration middleware layer.

Provide executive oversight and leadership for the Legility Data Solutions Operations teams, which includes Research & Development, Core Internal Operations (both Processing/ESI and Paper), Legal Hold, Hosting, Digital Forensics, and Quality Assurance. Support multiple managers, directors, and senior directors by providing context and insight and conveying strategic vision to help Operations realize the key initiatives of the business. Manage technology stack and vendors, helping prioritize internal development needs as well as softwares to procure to ensure we maintain "Legal Agility" to provide the best possible solutions to our clients. Cost-modeling and forecasting to ensure budgets are managed and cost efficiencies gained as staff, process, and technology needs change.

Lead the Operations team, overseeing all aspects of the operational infrastructure and staffing at the level required to support Legility's efforts to be the best eDiscovery Service provider in the US. Help drive strategy, innovation, finance, support, and human capital. Manage vendor relationships and all aspects of the revenue generating technology stack. Provide P&L oversight.

I oversee multiple operational functions within our Electronic Discovery Solutions Center, including the following:Complex Analytics - A team of SQL analysts and developers locally and abroad that build and implement customized solutions to non-standard workflows. This team leverages advanced analytics to help automate and expedite review processes.Productions - This team provides the ultimate customized client deliverables for requested data productions out of the review environment. The team must support multiple workflows including DOJ and SEC specifications, and support the imaging and OCR of documents.Data Intake - Evidence handlers that must receive physical and virtual client media, maintaining chain of custody and inventory for 500+ active projects.Computer Forensics - Leverage Encase/FTK and other forensic tools to normalize incoming data for data processing. These tasks include password cracking, email conversion, and data transformation.Talent Initiatives - Provide oversight and career growth for 50+ personnel, developing onboarding documentation for not only our local teams at the EDSC, but also our review teams nationally.Relativity Certifications - Spoken at Relativity Fest 3 years in a row to discuss the program I launched within Deloitte to help professionals pass the Certified Administrator Exam (RCA). I have driven this program internationally for multiple years allowing us to get professionals all over the world.Quality Assurance - Oversee our dedicated quality assurance technicians to validate the processes and procedures we use in standard delivery. Likewise, the team helps evaluate the risk on new projects to make sure we maintain proper controls.

As a manager with Deloitte, I helped launch our e-discovery solutions center, and led/participated in many teams here.Operations - Oversaw data processing and hosting, as well as build best-practices documentation to develop defensible e-Discovery workflow.Engineering - Provided system and application support for multiple electronic discovery applications, creating regression test plans and targeted data sets to ensure clean process.
