The owners of multiple senior living homes in Tucson, AZ delegates to me many of his responsibilities while he's on business trips or vacations. I also take on some of their book keeping responsibilities for their church.These responsibilities included the following:Bill paying- I pay incoming bills including the mortgage, utilities, insurance, and miscellaneous bills. Business and personal.Making deposits- I field incoming donations for their church, depositing them into the appropriate account. Included in this are occasional rent payments via check.Record keeping- I record all moneys paid and deposited, by me during these periods of delegation.

It was my job to capitalize on walk-in traffic and convert them into customers. I led the Grand Canyon location in walk-in sales my first year with the company. I made approximately $200,000 in sales.Processing Reports- Another responsibility of mine was sending reports to our accounting team every day. This information included daily revenue reports, retail sale reports, cash & card transactions, copies of tour manifests and signed waivers. Customer Service- My responsibilities in this sector of my work were checking in guests for their tours, authorizing refunds under specific guidelines, accommodating special guest requests and providing information to our guests for the remainder of their trip.Tour organization- I was responsible for organizing when the tour went out, which guides took them, and which parties would be on the tour together.
