Current- Leading the CS team at Mobal with focus on delivering customer value through Mobal's AI-driven location marketing software.- Building the company's CS operations from the ground up, including customer journey mapping, up-/cross-selling strategies, overall comms. strategies, relationship and advocacy building, internal & external product feedback structures, CRM maintenance & automation work.- Maintaining and co-expanding 1M+ AAR portfolio across various segments (e.g. restaurants, retail, car dealerships & services, culture & tourism).- Working primarily with EU-based companies and marketing agencies (SME & Enterprise in the Nordics and UK).- Achieving repeat quarterly NRR growth of 120%+- Contributing to an avg. 4.7/5 for overall rating on G2 recognized as high performer in customer satisfaction & support.Company description: At Mobal, we are revolutionizing the way local businesses get found online.
