I was in charge of leading 15 teams all around the world, from Chengdu to Exeter, with the organization of their own local hackathons. My tasks included global partnerships, sales, product development of app.hackjunction.com and some growth hacking on the side.When corona hit, the objectives changed a bit, whereas I took over the global side of Junction 2020 Connected, a worldwide hybrid hackathon with 2000 participants all over the world. I managed the 10-20 teams that organized their small local locations, for example in Riyadh and Moscow.

Through this experience I got an interest teaching and presenting, and as a bonus I got the time to rehearse some of the stuff I had forgotten since I myself was in their seat.I've continued working with this during my studies at Aalto University, balancing part-time work and studies.

This past summer I had the opportunity to work as an electrician in group of four persons, whose task was to place all the electric cables in a new five story factory, with over 50km of cables.The work included a lot of planning beforehand, since it was time-based project with only six weeks of time. My team and I had to solve multiple problems of how to efficiently get them in place, due to the fact that the building site was full of other workers, and with minimal space to use. All this gave me experience in reading building plans on electricity, but most of all I improved my team working ability. It all needed constant communication between us all. A very interesting job and I highly recommend the workplace.
