Oversaw the location's day to day business, managed the daily transactions, participated in the on-boarding of management staff, oversaw a staff of over 15 coaches/trainers, sales associates and member service professionals. Responsible for the management of the personal training department and gym’s client issues, handled all EFT billing and oversaw the maintenance and updates to club equipment. Responsible for monthly/annual growth of all departments. Fostered business to business partnerships as well as moderate social media responsibility for the company. Responsible for growth of business revenue year over year at no less than 3%. Also, was present and participated in the roll out of new programs throughout tenure.

Managed a start up business in order to bring customized, portioned meals to the homes of clients and customers throughout the state of Connecticut. Organized systems for creation, completion and delivery of meals, created a dialogue between the client and business, activated and upgraded client packages and managed client expectations, needs and wants on a daily basis.

Managed one of three companies that combined to generate an annual revenue of over one million dollars. Handled all the relations for the entire pool of 2000 clients. Managed all day to day operations, staffing, repairs, service contracts and billing and collections of all three companies. Have utilized systems such as ACT!, Authorize.net, Constant Contact, MS Excel, MS Office, Twin Oaks Software, and Wordpress.
