My name is Jonathan Akers and I am from Dublin, Virginia. I grew up on a family farm and know what it means to put in a "hard day's work." I am very focused and motivated in what I do, especially when it comes to the things that I am passionate about. I love the world of investments and technology! I see myself as an eternal optimist and always look for the positive outcome in any situation.Currently I am the Director of Operations at Creditors Collection Service, Inc. I manage the daily processes at the company and constantly look for ways to improve them through automation and efficiency.Recently, I've began following my passion and started pursuing a graduate degree in Personal Financial Planning at the College for Financial Planning. My goal is to eventually sit for the CFP® Exam and become a CFP® Professional. I want to make a difference in people's lives by helping them manage their financial circumstances so they can achieve their desired goals.I enjoy working and collaborating with others. Making a meaningful contribution to whatever project or task that I am focused on is very important to me. I uphold the values of honesty, integrity, and loyalty to the highest standard.
