I’ve worked very hard for several different companies in the same property. I have done everything from top to bottom. Including day to day, to face to face customer service and as well as management and restaurant well being . This includes , booking parties, taking care of banquets and meetings , and ordering from vendors. Meeting minimum orders , meeting deadlines, and taking advantage of specials and buyback promotions. Creating new menu items and replacing items that do not sell as well and are not as popular.I am a very charming and connecting person, I like to connect with people and learn as much as I can about them while staying professional and courteous. Making a personal connection while maintaining a professional image and representing the company in the best way I can. I have numerous five star trip advisors and yelps, I maintain a standard of work and carry myself accordingly. I believe in going above and beyond to leave that mark that resonates with the customer, guest or potential future client. Every person is treated as a VIP , no matter what. I am a great and fast learner , I am great at adaptation and always willing to learn something new. In school I was in gifted and advanced placement classes.
