As a Nike Athlete, my mission is to deliver a premium consumer experience by demonstrating the expertise to navigate through individual needs and provide a complete solution through Nike product and services. I give consumers what they need to train and compete s well as provide them with the knowledge needed to help further achieve their goals through Nike. I am responsible for giving exceptional customer service 100 percent of the time, staying up to date with footwear, apparel, technologies, and Nike as a brand overall. I also work with my teammates to help create the most efficient and effective environment necessary to succeed. I am also a part of the visuals team at my store and help to keep the store visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing while also assisting on new projects and installations.

Since the partnership between Nike and Foot Locker, I was one of eight Nike Pro Athletes at Foot Locker on the west coast. Selected out of a highly competitive group of hundreds of individuals, I was chosen to help jumpstart this new consumer experience in the company. As a Nike Pro Athlete, I am expected to get to every customer, make a connection, and provide them with the best customer service. I am also expected to have great knowledge in the products, services, history, heritage, and culture of the brand to not only educate the consumer, but my coworkers as well. My ultimate goal is to give the customer the best Nike experience, meet their wants, needs, and educate them at the same time.

As a retail associate for Adidas, I greeted, assisted, and created emotional connections with countless customers looking for shoes and apparel. I also worked behind the scenes, stocking merchandise, shipping orders, and being highly accounted for in the fitting room. While in the fitting room, I not only processed apparel that was brought out to the floor, but I also welcomed customers, and tended to their needs, creating a satisfying shopping experience for everyone. Lastly, one of the most important parts about this job was working with a team and being a team member. Our collaboration and how we worked together ultimately determined the success on the floor. During my time at the company, I was a top seller, averaging about $1500 in sales daily.
