● Coordinating daily sales presentations for sales reps● Preparation of sales contracts for the sales department andproperty owners● Efficiently and accurately enter all owner and tour informationinto the company database● Update and maintain sales and marketing reports on a daily,weekly, and monthly basis● Provide additional administrative support to internaldepartments: Sales, Marketing, HR & Resort● Understand and implement operational procedures that governthe business● Act as a liaison between customers and team members foroptimum proficiency● Facilitate website upkeep and manage social media presence tocreate a better following, Oversee all brochures, flyers, onlinemarketing, etc.● Keep up with all systems pertaining to business operationsincluding customer data and back office support to keep the salesteam productive● Create and dispense status reports as requested so the team isinformed of progress reports● Prepare and balance cash and deposits for contracts and giftingdepartments
