Coordinates with technical teams and Proposal Managers to ensure business proposals reflect the technical proposal approach and proposed staffing. Prepares detailed budget narratives to correspond to the budgets. Leads Lime and Green Team budget review meetings and identifies outstanding issues with the cost submission or potential financial risks to the organization. Builds/adjusts subcontractor templates to conform to donor requirements. Reviews subcontractors’ inputs (budget, budget narratives, cost data) for accuracy. Provides timely and competitive pricing strategies on proposal bids.

Served as Lead Pricer and business volume manager for International Development Division based bids with a focus on USAID opportunities. Reviewed and analyzed solicitations to ensure cost submissions are responsive to funder requirements. Created and maintained spreadsheets for various contracting mechanisms, including Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN), and Time and Materials templates. Developed Business Volumes for submission to client by bringing together prime and subcontractor budgets, budget narratives as well as Representations and Certifications, biodata sheets and other requirements as per solicitation instructions. Coordinated the final Business Volume review/approval for Senior Level Management. Created and maintained a Pricing and Cost Estimating Checklist to ensure pricing uniformity. Maintained up-to-date budget and narrative templates for use by the international pricing team. Other responsibilities included: researched/tracked new business opportunities for the International Division and conducted Fiscal Month Reporting for the International Division.
