While working at IBC I was promoted a number of times after starting out as a Personal Banker, then Branch Manager. Primarily, I worked as a Market Trainer and Training Coordinator. My Market trainer responsibilities included teaching teller and personal banking classes, as well as leading new hire orientations and developing training lesson plans. Prior to and concurrent with my job as a Market Trainer, my main role was Training Coordinator. This position held many duties including completing and submitting expense reports, supply orders, and all invoices. I was in charge of preparing the training facilities for class and kept the schedule for the conference rooms. Other responsibilities included dictation during meetings, organizing department correspondence, and all data entry. Another important aspect of my job was coordinating and organizing luncheons and scheduling catering.
