▪ Meet with clients and help them to develop and design projects▪ Estimate and oversee projects of various sizes.▪ Generate projected schedules based on available information and experience▪ Coordinate with subcontractors and superintendents on a daily basis.▪ Interpret blueprints and relay the information to the appropriate parties▪ Visit job sites throughout the building process to evaluate and maintain a schedule.▪ Organize shipments from suppliers and distribute to the appropriate job site▪ Adjust and adapt to fulfill a clients changing needs and demands while maintaining and meeting a preset schedule and finishing within or under budget.
