HDR's TMT Team specialises in Mission Critical/Data Centres, Specialist Refurbishment, (including complex and highly services structures to historic buildings) and site Due Diligence reporting.Personally I have over 35 years’ experience in the delivery and management of structural and multi-disciplinary engineering projects throughout the UK, Europe, the UAE and North America. Over the last 10 years this has been predominately concentrated on the successful delivery of new build and the refurbishment of data centres in the UK, Mainland Europe and North America together.Other projects of interest include Multi Storey data centres in the UK, site due diligence in Israel, Gazprom's HQ in St' Petersburg, Streatham Leisure Centre comprising an Olympic sized arena suspended over a swimming pool, NEQ Regents Place for British Land including a core-free 26 storey residential tower and a range of office buildings including one with a complex lateral restraint system and sloping twisted facades. My role as TMT Design Director EMEA is focussed on the quality, technical excellence and consistence of our engineering offering across all disciplines and with specific regard to Structural and Civil Engineering.
