Responsible for developing and executing GAME's Customer strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement. By analysing the customer data to identify trends & opportunities for targeted marketing & loyalty campaigns. Worked on creating a single view of customers to know not only how they all shop but also what and when to communicate to customers through multiple channels (Paid Social, Google shopping, Email, Push, SMS & Website engagements. Through passion to drive customer engagement through all channels, Created and run a staff incentive scheme which engaged the store & field teams and ultimately meant we had more data on the customers and could engage and drive the customers to multiple channels.

Responsible for the customer loyalty within GAME with running a Loyalty Scheme (GAME Reward) and a paid for tier (GAME Elite). Working closely with the CRM, Marketing & Insight teams to deliver results. Constantly evolving the programs, using data to run campaigns to support customer retention and growth along with working with key partners to gain income. Constantly reporting on the health of the program to key stakeholders to drive the future of the program. Come up with new ways to retain and grow income from partners, increased spend and frequency of customers. The tools used to a high level in this role include MS SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Responsys and internal tools to setup and run the loyalty program and the paid for membership tier including a direct debit option.

Running the Loyalty program (GAME Reward) for the largest specialist retailer of gaming related products, in this role I was responsible for the strategic vision of the Reward program by working closely with the insight & marketing teams to ensure to grow and maintain and delight our customers to ensure retained our customers. Working with key Senior stakeholders to identify needs of the business and customers to ensure i came up with the long term strategy for the program. I ran large projects to develop the scheme to ensure we had all the tools available to us to drive the customer kpis, within this I devised a new program which would grow and retain our best customers and by working across all teams successfully launched GAME Elite in 2017, which has continued to grow and increase the customer retention and spend of our most valued customers whilst not affecting our large pool of millions of Reward Customers.

I have also been a training co-ordinator for junior managers on our region, helping them progress internally through the completion on 12 week courses/projects.
