During my years of growing in the restaurant industry, I have learned skill that will propel me in my future career. The major quality I learned from quickly moving through the ranks in the restaurant industry is to appreciate and treat every staff member or employee the same. By keeping their environment thriving, enjoyable and healthy it leaves a vast amount of growth for all. To some it may seem that a friendship has emerged. I see it as an opportunity not only for me but for a company as a whole to grow with well driven and dedicated employees working together as a team.I was fortunate enough to be given the challenge of becoming a manager at the age of 21. I have worked for two separate restaurants and I have helped train and open a store for each of them. Now, at the age of 28, one of my top qualities as a leader and an employee would be attention to detail and training of staff. I am looking forward to progressing my career by continuing to learn qualities of a leader and team member.
