Too Tier Baseball is the most successful youth baseball program in the United States (as seen in Time magazine). I am the director of the 12u age group, which contains about 50 kids. My responsibilities include making practice plans, managing games, creating teams, scheduling games and practices, speaking with parents, and creating programs to make my kids successful both on and off the field. I always try to serve as a mentor to these kids while growing their baseball skills.I took one year off to coach at the collegiate level and am now back with the youth level.

I was a Head Coach in the Kernels Collegiate League for 2 summer seasons. I was in charge of 40 players (Majority D1 or JUCO). My responsibilities included recruiting, practice plans, in-game management, and some scheduling. In 2022, my team took 1st place in the regular season with a win percentage of .700, won the playoff tournament at the end of the season, set multiple league records, and I was given the Coach of the Year award as the youngest coach in the league.

I was an Assistant Baseball Coach at Southwestern Illinois College for one year. My primary responsibilities were recruiting, strength training, infield coach, hitting coach, director of baseball operations, and any other job required by the program. On the field, I coached first base and ran practices for the infielders and hitters. Off the field, I attended recruiting camps, spoke with recruits, gave school tours, made workout plans, made sponsorship deals, sent fundraiser emails, prepared hotels and food for road trips, and much more.

I was the head coach of the 10u-A team for Top Tier. This also included responsibilities for the other teams in this age group. I helped out with camps and practices for kids in t-ball, high school, college, and even professional players. I assisted the camp director in day to day camp operations, including: checking players in, scheduling workouts, planning practices, giving one on one instruction, encouraging players, throwing batting practice, hitting fungos, setting up competitions, running warm-ups, teaching fundamentals, and evaluating skills.

I started and played in 27 games in the 2020 COVID season. This season was especially challenging because we weren’t able to practice due to COVID regulations. We also signed many affiliated players who had their MLB minor league teams get cut. This led to many of the original USPBL players to be released from their contracts, but I was able to stay and play for the whole season. My team took 2nd place in the league.

I was the head baseball coach for 12u, 13u, and 14u travel baseball teams. I had all the responsibilities that come with being a head coach, including: scheduling games and practices, speaking to parents, traveling to tournaments, picking my team and making cuts, making signs, coaching 3rd base, and designing practices and programs to help my kids be successful.

I was in charge of the members’ clubs being cleaned, making sure the bag room was clean and organized, setting up golf carts, taking care of whatever the members needed, and cleaning up/locking up the club at the end of the day.
