Jonathan Brandt is an international affairs specialist with extensive diplomatic, strategic, and negotiation experience working in Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. He has routinely presented analysis and recommendations to senior executive leadership at the Department of State and other government agencies, and excels in relationship building and program management to achieve strategic mission goals. Brandt is the recipient of seven Department of State awards for superior and meritorious service. He is a Council on Foreign Relations Term Member, a Security Fellow with the Truman National Security Project and was a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF). He speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and Polish.
