I am currently employed as a remote planner with the NDIA. I have previously worked as an Therapy Assistant at Desert Therapy in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. I'm assisting Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists in the delivery of services to NDIS and Aged Care participants. I have previously worked in the Commonwealth Public Service in the Personnel/Recruitment/Organisation design areas prior to becoming a full-time house parent.I worked at various part-time positions as a house parent including Service Station attendant, Motel/Hotel (from cleaner to management and everything in-between), Swim Instructor, Life Guard, Education Assistant, Gym Instructor and Swimming Coach. I became a single parent in 2005 and commenced studies in 2006. During my time at University I worked as a volunteer with Western Region Academy of Sports (High Performance) and Far Western Academy of Sports (Presenter). I moved to Darwin in 2011 and took up the position of Indigenous Development Officer and worked in various remote communities delivering swimming programs. Since then I have completed further studies and have worked as an Allied Health Assistant in Karratha and Young and now in Alice.
