Key roles and responsibilities: • Manage the full hybrid onsite/cloud IT provision of 600 computers, 250 mobile devices, connectivity, infrastructure, Office 365/Azure, Audio Visual, telephony and printing solution.• Manage the virtualised Hyper-V Server environment. • Manage all cyber security systems.• Manage the IT strategic development budget.• Manage the IT establishment wide budget.• Procurement of all IT systems, hardware, software, applications, support and licensing.• Manage the support provided by the IT Support Team to over 1300 users.• Line manage and lead the IT Support team.• Manage all Remote Access systems including SSL VPN, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, telephony etc.• Lead and overall management on IT related GDPR compliancy.• Lead and overall management of IT Acceptable Use Policies for all users.• Technical lead and management of IT safeguarding systems for all users.• Technical management of CCTV system, visitor sign in system, cashless catering and site access/door entry system.• Technical lead on Web Development for the corporate website and intranet.• Report to the Senior Leadership Team.• Provide IT consultancy to other establishments/secondary schools.
