I manage, support, coordinate, and aid in all facets of the on-boarding process for logistics customers with Werner Enterprises's Transportation Management System. I also lead efforts on Yard Management Systems, which bridge the gap between Transportation and Warehouse management. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting problems, researching solutions, creating and giving presentations, prototyping data tools, creating reports, and working in teams.

Research assistant for Dr. Erick Jones at the Radio Frequency Identification and Supply Chain Logistics Lab. Responsibilities included aid in all stages of the research process from subject research, grant writing, experimental design, findings, editing papers for publication including one published as contributing author, and presenting all information in report and PowerPoint form to project stakeholders who included both governmental agencies and private enterprises.
