Lead, trained, and mentored while working on various Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Platform IT (PIT) aircraft projects, ground stations, simulators and test equipment.Selected and documented the IS security controls based on the categorization selection, applying security control overlays. Worked with design engineers to refine requirements and develop system operational concepts. Performed Critical Program Information assessments on IS. Integrated centralized auditing and audit reduction capabilities. Architected secure networks that met STIG compliance. Hardened various operating systems and network devices. Managed Quick Response Contracts (QRC) for the Compass Call US Air Force platform. Managed over 85 separate projects totaling $9,700,000. Managed multiple related projects sequentially and concurrently towards strategic business objectives. Defined and initiated projects, and assigned Project Leads to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the success and acceptance of the program. Tasking included proposal methodologies, reviewing and approving Basis of Estimates, subcontracts, intercompany transfers, proposal reports, travel reports, ensuring Engineering-Manufacturing-Installation-Production proposals were current, accurate, complete, reasonable and realistic. Ensured compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Cost Estimation Procedures (CEP). Worked with US Air Force Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Resident Administrative Contract Officer (ACO) for government funding approvals. Maintained continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and made recommendations to modify the projects to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent. Built credibility, established rapport, and maintained communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.

Performed tasking focused on continuous monitoring efforts, maintaining the security posture and enforcement of security measures for systems and networks on EP-3E and Compass Call C-130H aircraft as well as special mission ground support. Additional tasking includes, auditing, vulnerability assessment, scanning, maintaining configuration control, properly reacting to security anomalies or integrity loopholes, and implemented identified corrections associated with technical vulnerabilities.

Represented L3 Technologies as a prime technical contact on the EP-3E U.S. Navy platform. Served as a technical adviser and organizational spokesperson to management and customers on Spiral 2, Spiral 3, CU1 and CROWBAR programs. Defined, derived, allocated, verified, validated and managed system requirements; working with requirements traceability matrices, systems verification trace matrices and DOORS. Created, updated and reviewed all levels of military program documentation including program plans, integration plans, statements of work, contracts, system specifications, interface control documents, test plans and system design documents. Technical point of contact for all Spiral 2 hardware. Specified hardware for Spiral 3 design, managed all EP-3E platform hard drives as well as associated software at all classification levels. Worked directly with subcontractors on Software Design Implementation requirements. Specified hardware for design of U.S. Air Force C2-D2 CROWBAR design integration into the C130 Compass Call Program. Also worked as Systems Engineering GFE Manager on C2-D2 CROWBAR hardware working directly with Compass Call Systems Engineers, Test and FX. Additional tasks included Logistics and Training Systems Engineering Support.

Effectively managed and coordinated all activities required for manufacturing and repair of an entire Airborne military products line including customer support, resource allocation, requirements management, military specifications compliance, qualifying military products, training and mentoring Associate Engineers, obsolescence issues, documentation approvals, proposals, support to all surrounding departments both internal and external, Material Review Board activities while simultaneously managing multiple military projects in order to meet schedules, deadlines and budget goals in an efficient and organized manner. Products produced can be found in many military and commercial fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters for numerous customers in the military sector as well as organizations like Rockwell, Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Kaman, Serv-Air, L-3 Communications and Bell Helicopter. Other efforts included co-chairman for the CMMI Technology Process Action Team.

Worked with NSSN, AEGIS weapon systems (CG 47 class and DDG 51 class ships), LHD, LPD, AOE, SSN 21, MCM, CV/CVN, FFG 7, Canadian Patrol Frigate, Spanish F100, Japanese frigates, Israeli SA'AR 5, Taiwan PFG and many others Navy platforms and programs.
