Current➤ Initially came onboard as a Sales Account Manager in 2016, to then being promoted to Dealer Relations Account Manager Tier II after one year, handling all aspects of selling and account renewals. Promoted again the next year to Senior representative in 2018, overseeing 100+ employees and managing the highest paying clients of the company, to then advancing to National Sales Manager in 2019 as a result of outstanding and consistent results.➤ Leading as the highest performing sales representative within the company, adopting innovative sales methodologies, exceeding all sales targets, and bringing in over $9MM in revenue within the last 4 years, and making Presidents Club 4 years in a row.➤ Enthusiastically taking ownership of the commercial relationship with some of CarGurus’ largest customers, while exhibiting a sales-driven account management philosophy, with a consultative approach, and customer first attitude, and pioneering best practices and optimization within the industry.➤ Championing and driving the adoption of new products into the market, in close collaboration with internal departments including, sales, billing, content, and engineering, in a continuous effort to develop positive rapport with all cross-functional teams within the CarGurus organization.➤ Prospecting and developing sales opportunities, often presenting the value of the company's services to C-level executives, while managing the complete, complex sales cycle to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.➤ Mentoring, training, and education dealers on how to maximize the value of the CarGurus platform by leveraging tools, reports, and best practices, while consistently carrying a quota consisting of cross sell, up-sell, customer engagement and retention components.
