Responsible for managing and maintaining the overall technical operations of the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank. A 20 Million dollar 501C(3) non-profit whose mission is to distribute food effectively through collaborative efforts that minimize hunger, promote nutrition and encourage self-reliance through education.Oversaw and managed the technical buildout, budget, and migration from the foodbanks old facility to its new facility during the foodbanks capital campaign while completing this on time and under budget. Oversaw and stood up IT services at events and during disaster response services. Provided technical expertise and advisement to facilitate the role of technology changes and enhancements to the foodbank's overall operations. Created the agency services platform "Connect" to facilitate the communications and collaboration between the food bank and its agencies who report data.

Cafe manager who maintained and managed the cyber café, known as Station 411 on Ramstein Airbase. The cafe served a valuable moral role for soldiers and family members 18 years of age and up. Vital for those who needed internet connectivity and who were transitioning into and out of Europe through the airbase during layovers. The cafe also served a critical role in being a part of the MWR services offered on base for entertainment and continuing education use. Oversaw the usage of seven computers, six televisions for playing Xbox video games, LAN parties. Responsible for procuring funds to aid in growing the center to 16 total computers and 4 additional TVs. Responsible for tracking down and resolving issues relating to connectivity and maintaining the day-to-day technical operations of equipment for customer use.

Volunteered and assisted in the maintaining and operations of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command (21st TSC) NETCOM Enterprise level I.T. Network. The 21st TSC provides theater sustainment throughout Europe and Africa areas of responsibility in support of USAREUR and the 7th Army. Worked at and maintained I.T. readiness and operational effectiveness at the Headquarters of the 21TSC. Performed basic Active Directory tasks. Assisted with NIPERnet and SIPERnet implimentations. Assisted in general helpdesk operations and documenting responses made to helpdesk tickets.
