Customer Service Center Representative
Current- Provide exemplary customer service to SAM members, donors and visitors over the phone and via email.
- Diffuse and resolve escalated and complex customer service issues, preserving member and visitor relationships.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ticketing, memberships, current exhibitions and events
- Actively promote tickets and memberships to visitors over the phone, using sales language.
- Field inquiries from members and visitors, building relationships across SAM departments.
- Communicate with understanding and professionalism to identify solutions in order to ensure member and guest satisfaction.
