Regional Operations
CurrentAs part of the operations team, I sit between operations and the development staff. I provide support working with Salesforce/SFMC and Outreach.io to streamline and optimize donor communications and improve fundraising efforts.As part of this role, I also lead prospecting efforts for the Western states. I developed, implemented, and now manage the prospecting pipeline; researching over 1000 major gift prospects ($10k+) in the first year and enabling the team to hit new money targets.During the annual fundraising competition, I placed top 10 in the organization directly raising $30,000+ through our annual phone-a-thon.
