Two years of engineering experience with installation and maintenance of card production and die sorting or similar equipment, and supporting customers’ Process Engineering;experience with calibrating machine parts, including Controller Driver boards, PLC module, and assembly modules, to ensure all parts of machine work properly;experience with training of technical/engineering personnel working with card production.experience with operating computer-assisted electronics engineering software to perform tasks required for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of card production and die sorting or similar equipment, including configuring software for PLC and Graphical Interface Unit; andengineering experience in identifying and solving issues with operations of card production and die sorting or similar equipment for customers.· Perform maintenance and inspections of electrical and lighting systems· Perform general plumbing repairs to faucets, sinks, commodes, urinals, etc.· Perform maintenance of heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality· Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, door closures, etc.)· Ensure safety and security measures for the building are followed and equipment is in good working order· Assists in developing preventive maintenance schedules and follow through, ensures work orders are completed in conformance to standards and satisfaction of tenant or property owner· Maintain daily communications with the General Manager and Property Manager for ongoing work as well as unusual or isolated conditions involving building systems or structure
