-EMAPSS is ExxonMobil’s Supply / Demand planning system for over 50K SKUs across the lubricant business-Managed a global team of 6 (AP, EU, and NA) to implement the EMAPSS planning system upgrade-Defined the change strategy for Communications, Training, Process Alignment, Business Engagement, and Organizational Impact that affected over 500 stakeholders-Worked closely with demand and supply to ensure technical requirements are well communicated, documented, and trained for-Provided periodic updates to executive sponsors on project upgrade status-Global owner of Downstream lubricant and grease metrics-Updated, analyzed, and interpreted supply chain planning data-Provided “Executive Summary” reporting to identify key performance indicators against previous months

-Led analysis of ExxonMobil’s Gulf Coast warehouse operations for underutilized storage bins-Identified optimal SKU location based on velocity and recalculated Economic Order Quantities-Removed slow moving items and redirected specific SKU orders to a central Gulf Coast hub for delivery-Savings of $2.5M / year from head count reduction, improved space utilization, and material savings-Owner of Global Supply Chain Warehousing metrics: Extracted SAP data in Access and created executive metric summaries utilizing Tableau dashboards-Support Global Supply Chain Executive analyzing metrics, setting operational targets, creating executive summary presentations of organization initiatives, and tracking initiative progress

-EM Logistics Lead for mobilization of 450 truckloads (or 10 modules by barge) for the rig; additional 2400 TL for peripherals-Managed logistics budget, schedule, and risk from weather and construction schedule (analysis of historical weather conditions to ensure weather window was met for module delivery, planned contingencies)-Worked with logistics vendor to secure contracts and execute mobilization plan-Global long lead equipment planning, contracting, storing and delivering to fabrication yard-Savings of $30M by utilizing trucking modules through Korsakov port (based on freeze weather patterns)

-Logistics Management System (LMS): Managed the negotiating, contracting, technical specification requirements, and execution of a Control Tower System that gives material visibility of shipments from requisition to site delivery-Created executive updates, tracked project schedule, trained users, and solicited user feedback for improvements Negotiated a global agreement for the LMS vendor; cross-functional work with Law, Treasures, and internal stakeholders

Duties included: Used Visual Basic for Applications in Excel to automate a process that manages excess material in storage. The Excel Tool reduces man hours associated with managing equipment manually and standardizes the process and templates. This Tool was rolled out to at least 40 different countries and over dozens of warehouse facilities around the world. By automating the process, I was able to minimize labor hours involved in repetition of data calculations and in creating weekly reports.

Computer Salesman:Help a customer get a complete computer solution that meets their needs, fixed computers, trained new employees, and performed inventory updates and downstocked all necessary items. Computer budget was made and customer service increasedInventory and Merchandising:Performed the weekly ad-set duties and verified that all pricing was correct around the store. Received inventory from trucks and put inventory in corresponding locations around the store.

-Managed the update of ~300 RaceWay stores to a new Point of Sale (POS) system

Duties included: Updated drawings, documented progress, managed punch list completion for ~75 hotel rooms

Duties included: Assisted Hispanic, Georgia Perimeter College students, in obtaining information about scholarships, Financial Aid and transferring to a 4 year institution. Due to my efforts, students were able to pay for college and they could successfully take college courses that transferred to the 4 year institution of their choice.
