Protect local community by monitoring reintegration of parolees in society.● Identify offenders’ individual needs and design plan for new parolees to support community reintegration.● Direct parolees in seeking housing, employment, and, as needed, therapy/support groups.● Evaluate progress of parolees by meeting with them in office or home setting.● Communicate with employers to monitor employment issues.● Track offenders’ completion of required programs.● Conduct investigations into violation behaviors of offenders via witnesses, victims, family, friends, etc.● Prepare and testify at hearings; present escape charges before the grand jury● Professionally work with various law enforcement agencies at all levels and branches of government, includingcommunity programs (Community Based Correctional Facilities, halfway houses, treatment programs, etc).
