I competed to a high level of Professional golf for quite a few years, invovlving traveling from U.S.A, Mauritius ,Columbia, Italy, Spain, to name a few. I played in 4 final stage British Open Qualifiers, narrowly missing by 3 shots one year, the European Challenege tour, Europro tour, Alps tour and many others.It invovled traveling alone the majority of the time, which has enabled me to have such a high level of self motivation and drive with what I do today, it made me very self disiplined, and let me meet all different types of business people from across the globe, helping me shape myself as an individual.

I had many duties working for Archers Caterers, the work I did was mainly done during weddings ( around 100 per year), it would invovle the first point of contact meeting a new couple, that are considering having their wedding at the location, I would discuss quotes, options they wanted for their wedding day down to a fine detail, and then once they have chosen for instance what food they were going to have throughout the day, I would arrange a chef to come cook them a taster meal, that was taylored to exactly what they had asked for, and then arrange appropriate feedback, as to whether this was 100% what they wanted for their day.My role would also include, being a team leader and having to make sure when it was a wedding day, that everything ran as smoothly as possible for the couple i had dealt with.A final role I had in the company , was to recruit new staff, and making sure that after the interview process, that they would work well and efficiently in our team.
