April 2021 – April 2022 – The Glenmorangie Company – HR InternMy duties included formatting company policies, overseeing the “Let’s Talk” program, overseeing the leavers process, ensuring employee contracts were up to date, filling out purchase orders, and publishing the weekly HR newsletter every Friday. I was also entrusted with various requests and projects; one example being a project from the Scottish Whisky Association who requested descriptions of various positions at the company. I was entrusted with contacting the relevant employees, first by sending them an email with a word attachment outlining general points, then by organising a zoom meeting, at the suggestion of my manager, to provide further explanation and hammer home the importance of the project.
