Over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Last 5 years of experience has been corporate dinning in the business & industry side of the business. In those five years I have the opportunity to work my way from Sous Chef into a Multi-Unit Resident District Manager. This experience has given me a broad scope of abilities that allows me to manage a full range of entity's in the business. Thus giving me an understanding of the meat and potatoes of the operation to the big picture. This has allowed me the ability to relate as a leader to the team. Which in return has built successful teams leading to the success of the company and myself.
