I provided support for clients in a variety of areas including policy adjustments, performing policy renewals and providing new insurance solutions. In addition to these responsibilities I maintained daily contact with clients and carrier representatives. My responsibilities also included ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping client records up-to-date.
